Travel .1 miles on Erie Street (crossing the railroad tracks) and turn LEFT into the parking lot.

From 303 South:
Travel 303 NORTH through Orangeburg, Blauvelt, West Nyack, into Valley Cottage.
Pass the Valley Cottage Post Office / A & P Shopping Plaza on your left hand side.
At the following light, make a LEFT into EXECUTIVE BLVD.
Make your first RIGHT into our parking lot. We are the last door on your left. Suite H.

From 303 North:
Travek 303 SOUTH through Stony Point, West Haverstraw, Haverstraw, Congers, into Valley Cottage.
Make a RIGHT into EXECUTIVE BLVD.

From 59 East or West:
Take route 59 East or West to Middletown Road South and make Right into side entrance for Nanuet Mall
Look for the Nanuet Mall South marquee and travel around back / side of strip mall following 'Premier Fitness' signs.
Find parking and use main entrance for Premier Fitness.
