Follow Palisades Parkway (PIP) North To Exit 5N.
Take Exit 5N EAST for Orangeburg / Route 303.
Travel 1.8 miles on Route 303 North. Turn LEFT onto Erie Street.
Travel .1 miles on Erie Street (crossing the railroad tracks) and turn LEFT into the parking lot.

From Palisades Parkway North:
Follow Palisades Parkway (PIP) South To Exit 5N.
Take Exit 5N EAST for Orangeburg / Route 303.
Travel 1.8 miles on Route 303 North. Turn LEFT onto Erie Street.
Travel .1 miles on Erie Street (crossing the railroad tracks) and turn LEFT into the parking lot.

From New York State Thruway:
Follow New York State Thruway to Exit 12 for Route 303 / Palisades Center Drive.
Follow Route 303 SOUTH for 2.4 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto Erie Street.
Travel .1 miles on Erie Street (crossing the railroad tracks) and turn LEFT into the parking lot.

Valley Cottage Office Directions

From 303 South:
Travel 303 NORTH through Orangeburg, Blauvelt, West Nyack, into Valley Cottage.
Pass the Valley Cottage Post Office / A & P Shopping Plaza on your left hand side.
At the following light, make a LEFT into CORPORATE WAY.
Travel towards the offices in the back. Make your first LEFT and first RIGHT into the ProCore Physical Therapy parking lot.

From 303 North:
Travek 303 SOUTH through Stony Point, West Haverstraw, Haverstraw, Congers, into Valley Cottage.
Make a RIGHT into Corporate Way.
Travel towards the offices in the back. Make your first LEFT and first RIGHT into the ProCore Physical Therapy parking lot.

From New York State Thruway:
Follow New York State Thruway to Exit 12 for Route 303 / Palisades Center Drive.
Follow Route 303 NORTH for 2.2 miles.
